Sainbhia le Santosh

Crafted from local Donegal glasshouse tomatoes and gently slow-cooked in small batches, this sambal ketchup balances mild heat with tangy, umami-rich depth from tamarind, lemongrass, and shrimp paste. Preservative-free and gluten-free, it’s perfect as a dipping sauce for fried snacks, spring rolls or tempura, and adds spice and richness to burgers, wraps, stir-fries, and grilled meats.
