Shipping policy

Direct customer sales are for collection from Cill Ulta only. Shipping is available for select items.

Collection hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 16:00 or Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.

Please do not collect until you have received an Order Completion email.

Upon arrival to site, please phone the office so that a member of staff may bring your items to you.
