A glossy, restaurant-style chilli jam made with fresh tomatoes, ginger, garlic and chilli for a lively, fresh heat. Slow-cooked to a rich finish, it’s ideal as a glaze for meats or vegetables, stirred through noodles, or served alongside cheese and crackers for a sweet-spicy kick.

Ingredients:

Tomato (54%), Sugar, Onion, Sugar, Vinegar, Chilli (2%), Oil, Fresh Ginger, Cornflour, Salt, Fresh Garlic, Citric Acid (E330, 0.03%).

Preservative free. Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 6 to 8 weeks.
